Chop up finely all of your herbs and put them into your food processor, or blender.
Then add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, anchovy paste, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend everything until smooth.
Put your dressing into a jar and refrigerate.
Next layer your lettuce onto a plate, top it with your cucumber sliced, diced tomatoes, pistachios, and feta.
Optional: If you want to dollop some olive tapenade on the salad, now is the time.
Layer some paper thin slices of your watermelon radish on top of your salad and add your dressing.
