Mini skirts are back in style and I am reminded of when they were very popular growing up.  The schools I went to starting from middle school all had a dress code regarding skirts and shorts.  They couldn’t be any shorter than where our fingertips hit when our arms were at our sides.  I always thought these rules were ridiculous, who cares how much leg is showing.  However, now, at 28  years old, and an accounting professional, I can’t imagine wearing a skirt shorter than that now.
