I’ve never been that great at getting my butt to the gym. Luckily with technology now a days, I don’t need to worry about that so much. I lack motivation to leave the house, unless I have someone else with me, so I need easy and quick ways for me to incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I found some really awesome apps that I like for home workouts and I wanted to share my list with you. Some of these are free and some have a monthly fee. The monthly fee is still cheaper than the gym though. If you still need someone to help motivate you, then shoot me a DM on Instagram, or an email and we can be virtual workout buddies. Sometimes I hop on a zoom call via the computer while my girlfriends and I are all using the same app and it’s really fun.
1. GYMONDO: FITNESS & YOGA
Gymondo has a variety of workouts from HIIT, pilates, yoga, weight training & mobility programs for all fitness levels. You will find 200+ workouts and 800+ recipes on this app for only $6.99 per month.
2. YOUTUBE
YouTube is free and there are all kinds of people with workouts. All you need to do is search the type of workout you want and you’re bound to find something. My favorite is Pamela Reif she has short workouts and is adorable.
3. PELOTON
You can use the Peloton app with, or without owning a bike. This app has a variety of workouts with and without equipment. Try it out now free for 90 days.
4. NIKE TRAINING CLUB
Are you a Nike person? Then try out the Nike training app which will has a whole library of workouts for you to search from.
5. 7 MINUTE WORKOUT
Only have time for a short workout? Then try out the 7 minute workout app. This has a variety of workouts when you need to fit something quickly into your schedule.
6. ALLTRAILS
Are you more of an outdoors trail kind of person? Then try out the app AllTrails. This will tell you all the bike and hiking trails near you and will help you mix up your outdoor exercise routine.
7. FITON
Fiton is a free app where you can personalize your workout plan. Get amazing workouts from celebrity trainers without having to pay for it!
8. ADIDAS TRAINING
Are you more of an Adidas person? Then instead of the Nike app, try the Adidas training app. This has a range of workouts with and without equipment, so you can personalize to your needs.
9. DAILY BUTT WORKOUT
I don’t know about you, but a good butt is important to me. I like to do a workout focused on my butt three times a week. With this app you can find the ones that you like best, or mix it up every day, so you don’t get bored.
10. HIIT HOME WORKOUTS FOR WOMEN
I don’t have a lot of equipment at home, so I personally like HIIT workouts. With the HIIT home workouts for women you can find something for any level. You can build an entire routine using the advanced system determining how long you want to rest between each set and a countdown timer to switch between exercises.
