Over the weekend my best friend from college had her bridal shower. This was the perfect occasion for me to pull out this periwinkle lace dress I had been dying to wear all summer. I feel so blessed to not only be a part of this journey as my sweet soul sister embarks into a new chapter of her life and enlarges her family, but she has given me the biggest honor of standing up for her and being her maid of honor.

She looked so beautiful In a white lace dress that was purchased from Charlotte Russe with my two cents input of course wink wink. She wore a pair of adorable cobalt blue pair of heels which will double as her something blue on her wedding day. Her set of opals were a gift from her Army husband to be that he haggled for in the Afganastan market while he was deployed for 9 months.

I paired it with neutral accessories that way the focal point would be the dress and some rose gold jewelry. What size did you wear in this? I ordered a small but I’m nervous it’s going to be too tight in the hip area! I wear a size 27/28 in pants
Hi Britt! I normally wear a 24-25/00-0 in pants and I said on IG that I got mine in a small, but I actually think it was the xs, because that’s the smallest size Goodnight Macaroon sells. I think the small should fit you then because the hip measurement is about 37″ which is equivalent to size 27 jeans.
